1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Lezziko, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 to create an account and meet any higher digital-consent age or parental-permission rule that applies where you live.
2. Purpose of the service
Lezziko helps people add meal ideas, vote together, plan calendars and shopping lists, save recipes and share food content with a community. It is not a restaurant-ordering service, healthcare provider, dietitian or professional food-safety adviser.
3. Account security
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of unauthorized access. You may not use another person’s account, bypass access controls or use abusive automation.
4. Tables and invitations
Anyone with an invitation code may join the related table. Share codes only with people you intend to invite. If you delete your account, ownership of a table with other members may transfer to an eligible member; a single-member table may be deleted with its related data.
5. User content and license
You retain ownership of photos, recipes and text you upload. You grant Lezziko a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license only to operate the service, show content to the audience you choose, technically copy and resize it, and transmit it securely. The license ends when content is deleted except for narrow legal or security retention.
Upload only content you own or have permission to share. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
6. Prohibited use
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination or encouragement of violence.
- Sexual exploitation, illegal activity or dangerous-behavior content.
- Publishing another person’s private information without permission.
- Spam, fraud, fake engagement or harmful links.
- Misleading information that creates a serious health or food-safety risk.
- Disrupting the app, APIs or security controls or using unauthorized automation.
- Impersonating another user or abusing the reporting system.
7. Moderation
We may review content and, where rules are violated, remove it, reduce visibility, temporarily restrict features or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations. We maintain a reasonable, ongoing process for reports. You can appeal by contacting support.
8. Food and health safety
Recipes and preference-based filters are for general information and inspiration. You remain responsible for checking allergens, cross-contact, product recalls, personal health needs, storage and cooking safety. Do not judge safety by color or time alone; use an appropriate thermometer and current official local guidance.
General minimum internal-temperature reminders: ground meat 71°C, all poultry 74°C, whole cuts of beef or lamb 63°C plus at least three minutes of rest. Use pasteurized products for recipes with runny eggs.
9. Third-party services
Apple, Google, Supabase and hosting providers have their own terms and policies. Outages or policy changes at those providers may affect some features.
10. Intellectual property
The Lezziko name, mascot, visual design, software and Lezziko-provided content belong to Yusuf Kuşçu or licensors. They may not be used as another product’s identity without permission.
11. Service changes
We may change the service for security, performance or product development. Planned maintenance or events outside our control may cause interruptions. We provide reasonable notice of material changes.
12. Termination and deletion
You can permanently delete your account in the app. We may restrict access or terminate an account for serious or repeated violations, security risks or legal requirements. Where possible, we provide a reason and appeal route.
13. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is to the extent permitted by law. Lezziko does not guarantee that a meal is allergen-free, suitable for a particular diet, safe or certain to produce a desired result. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14. Governing law and contact
